As I was working on a couple of scrapbook layouts it occurred to me again that the Cricut Essentials kit is the handiest accessory I have purchased for making easy scrapbook layouts and cards. For smaller cutouts, the "poker" tool is necessary to poke out the sometimes tiny eyes and mouths of the cutouts. I use the cardstock paper cutter constantly, to divide the 12"x12" cardstock paper into 6" strips for my Cricut machine. I can't say enough how handy the kit is.

Homemade Cards-A Special Touch
A Homemade Card, like ones I make with my Cricut Machine, gives recipients a special feeling, they know I planned ahead for their special occasion and took the time and care to create a greeting card just for them. I have sent out many of the cards featured in this blog and I get wonderful thank you's back, expressing how nice it was to receive a beautiful and homemade card.
